At Rockport®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your footwear, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure a tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Pack the Merchandise

  Place your unworn shoes in their original shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
